The Aussie beauty Nicole Kidman insists mental unfaithfulness is far more damaging than adultery when it comes to failed marriages.

She is now happily married to country star Keith Urban, but was divorced from ex-husband Tom Cruise in 2001 after nearly 11 years of marriage.

She says, “I don’t think that sexual faithfulness is the most important one.
It is the easiest type to define, but mental unfaithfulness is far more subtle and dangerous.

“How far can you go in this type without being really unfaithful? It’s a difficult issue…”

Nicole Kidman is one of the most pretty looking actresses on screen today yet she reckons that she has the body of a boy sans any sexy curves.

She says, ‘I’ve always had this long, lean body type and I haven’t changed since I was 15…’ she says.

‘I have a boy’s body. I would love to have boobs and a butt like Jennifer Lopez, but I’m not having surgery, so there it is.’

There is one solution babe… if only you could get pregnant.. you could have enjoyed those curves that are a part and parcel of motherhood.

Prosecutors on Thursday withdrew charges against a celebrity photographer accused of planting a listening device outside Nicole Kidman’s mansion.

Jamie Fawcett, 41, was charged in January 2005 with possessing and using a listening device after he allegedly was spotted planting the bug near a sidewalk outside Kidman’s Sydney home.

The New South Wales state Department of Public Prosecutions withdrew all charges against Fawcett in Sydney’s Local Court on Thursday. The reasons for the decision were not immediately clear.

“It was a very narrow investigation that once again targeted the photographers at a scene and I felt that was perhaps unfair,” Fawcett told reporters outside the court.

“I am often asked about the feud between Miss Kidman and myself,” he added. “In fact, I don’t have any opinion whatsoever about Miss Kidman, other than to wish her all the best.”

Kidman’s Australian agent, Wendy Day, said it was a matter for prosecutors and the actress had no comment.

“It has nothing to do with Nicole,” she told The Associated Press. “That was something to do between the DPP and Jamie Fawcett.”

Not long after he was charged, a Sydney court ordered Fawcett to provide a DNA sample to compare with samples allegedly found on the listening device.

But the photographer appealed to the New South Wales state Supreme Court, which ruled that he could not be forced to provide police with a DNA sample since there was no evidence he had violated any law.

In 2005, Kidman reached an out-of-court settlement with Fawcett and fellow Sydney-based photographer Ben McDonald after she was granted a temporary restraining order against the pair.

I was rather surprised to know that Nic smokes. Yes folks… she does… despite she not looking like the kind who do. And what is more surprising is that she doesnt have any plans to quit.

Nicole Kidman is all set to promote More Brain Training from Dr Kawashima, which measures users’ speed and accuracy in completing aptitude tests.

The company said it hoped the star’s “universal appeal” would help to extend Nintendo’s success beyond its traditional young, male audience.

The 40-year-old, who was born in Hawaii but raised in Australia, appears with a handheld console trying out the latest “brain training” exercises.

She says the exercises are “a great way to keep my mind feeling young”.

Nintendo is one of the world’s biggest game firms, with characters including Donkey Kong and Mario.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban began their first wedding anniversary celebrations with Nic’s romantic b’day celebration earlier this week.

A close source told Australia’s Daily Telegraph newspaper: “Keith brought her up the hill and they sat on a couch outside on the lawn. It was so romantic. He had planned to have a party in a mountain-top restaurant but she wanted a quiet affair. So Keith just surprised her with a fireworks display. It was a private thing with just him and her.”

The display ended with the words Happy Birthday Nicole spelt out by fireworks.

Everyone knows that Keith Urban, who had been touring the USA on his Love, Pain & While Crazy world tour, flew down under to celebrate her wife’s birthday on the set of her forthcoming flick Baz Luhrmann’s epic Australia Down Under.

Apparently Keith arrived in Sydney early Tuesday morning where he boarded a private jet that took him to the beach town of Bowen where Kidman was filming, reveal sources.

Wednesday, on Nic’s birthday, the couple were together and had a great time watching some surprise fireworks display for Nic from mountaintop lookout in Bowen. They were also reported to have traveled to nearby Horseshoe Bay reveals a source.

And director Luhrmann also made the day special for her when he threw a party for his leading lady that included caterers flown in from the States, Australia’s Daily Telegraph reports. Even Bowen’s Mayor had some small contribution to Nic’s birthday festivities. Apparently the mayor’s wife spent all day baking for Nic.

Thats quite sweet… isn’t it?

CELEBDEN wishes Nicole Kidman as she celebrates her milestone birthday today.

She is going to spend the day husband Keith Urban who made a last minute dash from touring in the US to the north Queensland town of Bowen to surprise his wife.
Urban will be watching Kidman on the set of outback epic Australia, in which she portrays her 41st film character Lady Sarah Ashley.

We wish her Good Luck for her future and hope that her popularity too keeps growing bigger and better with her.

Nicole Kidman turns all of 40 tomorrow but her sex appeal shows no sign of dimming and her career seems to be growing brighter with each day.  She seems to be welcoming her age with grace and said of her impending birthday milestone:

“It feels just right. I don’t feel what I thought that wretched age was going to be like. I have done a lot of things and it has been full up to this point, especially the past few years, so I am grateful for that.”

Looks like Nic has special plans with hubby Keith Urban for her birthday. May be thats why she celebrated her 40th B’day well in advance on the beach in Sydney at a party thrown by her friends.Keith is expected to join her on Wednesday for her actual Birthday! I guess something really romantic is on the cards.

The Saturday’s party was largely an all-girl’s affair as Kidman’s sister Antonia and their mom Janelle invited 30 of the star’s closest pals from Australia and Hollywood to join them at Bondi Icebergs for a pre-birthday dinner.

And Kidman, who will also celebrate the first anniversary of her marriage to Urban later this summer, certainly isn’t feeling sore about hitting 40.

In a recent interview, she said, “It feels just right. I don’t feel what I thought that wretched age was going to be like. I have done a lot of things and it has been full up to this point, especially the past few years, so I am grateful for that.”
